Tapered roller bearing are mainly suitable for bearing combined radial and axial loads mainly in the radial direction, while tapered roller bearings with large taper angles can be used to bear combined radial and axial loads mainly dominated by axial loads. 1. Main structure types

1. Single row tapered roller bearing type 30000
This type of bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft and housing in one direction and bear the axial load in one direction. Additional axial force will be generated under the action of radial load, therefore, it is generally used in pairs in the two bearings of the shaft. 31300 series tapered roller bearings have a large contact angle (27°~30°) and can withstand large axial loads. The contact angle of other series bearings is between 10°~18°.

2. Double row tapered roller bearing type 350000
This type of bearing has a pair of raceway outer rings and two inner rings. There is a middle spacer between the two inner rings. Changing the thickness of the spacer can adjust the clearance of the bearing. This type of bearing can withstand two-way bearings while bearing radial loads. Axial load, which can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft or housing within the range of axial clearance of the bearing. Double row tapered roller bearings with double half outer ring structure can also be produced, as shown in the figure.

2. Allowable inclination angle 

If the contact state between the roller and the ring is appropriate, not only can the abnormal edge load of the contact surface be prevented, but also the inclination of the inner and outer rings caused by installation errors and the like can be allowed. For tapered roller bearings, the allowable inclination angle is generally 0.0005rad (1.5') for single row and back-to-back combinations, and 0.001rad (3.5') for face-to-face combinations. 3. Tolerance and clearance

Tapered roller bearings can be manufactured in various tolerance classes as required.
The clearance of single row tapered roller bearings can be adjusted by the user during installation according to different requirements. The radial clearance of double row tapered roller bearings can be adjusted according to the aforementioned tolerances and clearances according to user requirements. During use, when users need to change the clearance, they can be adjusted according to relevant regulations.

6. Minimum radial load
